Returns & Refund Policy

Thank you for supporting the “When Painted With Deceit” Kickstarter project. Please read the following policy regarding returns, refunds, and non-delivery:

No Returns or Refunds:

Due to the nature of both digital and physical rewards, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any product, including:

• Digital Products: Non-returnable and non-refundable after delivery.
• Physical Products: Non-returnable and non-refundable once shipped.

Pledge Adjustments:

You can adjust your pledge while the Kickstarter campaign is active. After the campaign ends, refunds or changes are no longer available.

Damaged or Missing Items:

If your physical items are damaged or undelivered:

1. Contact Us within 14 days of delivery or expected arrival at author@shanafrost.com.
2. Provide Proof: Include a photo of damaged items or order details for non-delivery.
3. Resolution: We will respond within 2-5 business days with a solution.
