Refund policy

We do not have a return policy for ebooks or paperbacks at the moment, unless there is significant damage to the product. In case of significant damage, we can only replace the product or issue a refund. To request a replacement or a refund, please submit a request to author@shanafrost.com within 14 days of receipt of the item.

Please include the receipt or proof of purchase in your email, alongside images of the book in its original packaging.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Items that are in good condition are not eligible for a refund. We will also not exchange or refund ebooks. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for on sale items or gift cards either.

Exchanges
As mentioned above, we only offer exchanges if the item you received was damaged or the wrong product to what you had ordered.

European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your refund request whether your request was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
