Shipping policy

We use third party service providers to produce and ship some of our products.

For ebooks and digital products, fulfilment is carried out by Bookfunnel. Upon payment, you should receive an email from Bookfunnel containing your ebook files. If you do not see this email in your inbox, please check the spam or junk folder. For help please search: https://bookfunnel.com/help/

Bookvault currently prints and ships all print books for us. They usually require 10-14 days to print an order after which the logistics company shall ship your products. The shipping time required will be based on your location and the shipping service selected.
